The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Hometown Care, LLC, CON File #23-4/7-12703-PC, to provide personal care services in Lewis, Upshur, Randolph Braxton, Webster, Pocahontas, Nicholas and Greenbrier counties in West Virginia. The capital expenditure is $1,500.
Further information regarding the Letter of Intent, including the Certificate of Need application when submitted, is on the Authority’s website at www.hca.wv.gov.
