NOTICE OF FILING
On May 25, 2023, Barr Tell USA, LLC filed an application for a certificate of Onvenience and necessity to provide Resold and Facilities – Based local and inter- xchange services throughout West Virginia.
Pursuant to West Virginia Code §24-2-11, IT IS ORDERED that the Applicant give otice of the filing of said application by publishing a copy of this order once in a qualified ewspaper as provided in West Virginia Code §59-3-1 et seq, published and of general rculation in each of the Cities of Beckley, Bluefield, Charleston, Clarksburg, Elkins, airmont, Huntington, Keyser, Lewisburg, Logan, Martinsburg, Morgantown, Moundsville, arkersburg, Point Pleasant, Weirton, Welch, Wheeling, and Williamson, making due eturn to this Commission of proper certification of publication immediately after publication. Anyone desiring to make objection to said application must do so in writing, within 30 days fter publication of this notice, to Karen Buckley, Executive Secretary, Public Service Fommission, P.O. Box 812, Charleston, West Virginia 25323.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if no protests are received within said thirty-day eriod, the Commission may waive formal hearing render its decision based on the vidence submitted with the application and the Commission’s review thereof.
