Voting Precincts 39 & 40A, which votes at Rosemar United Methodist Church, will be moved to New Hope Baptist Church, 1777 Rosemar Road, Vienna, WV. This will be a permanent move starting with the Statewide Primary Election, May 14, 2024. Voters will be notified of this change by mail.
