IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 8A, ARTICLE 24 OF THE CODE OF WEST VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED, AND THE PARKERSBURG ZONING ORDINANCE A-2530 AS ADOPTED ON FEBRUARY 27, 1973, THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., ON JULY 19 2023, IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF THE PARKERSBURG MUNICIPAL BUILDING, ONE GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA, TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING APPEALS:
1. APPLICANT & OWNER: CLAYTON CALLAHAN, 1920 STEWART ST, REQUESTING A VARIANCE TO BUILD A DETACHED GARAGE, 60’X50’X30′ TO HOUSE HIS RV, IN AN R-3 DISTRICT.
2. APPLICANT & OWNER: JENNIFER SIMS, 1545 WILLOUGHBY DR, REQUESTING A VARIANCE TO OPERATE A DAYCARE CENTER IN THEIR HOME IN AN R-2 DISTRICT.
3. APPLICANT & OWNER: HEATH & CALLIE RADER, 923 EMERSON AVE, REQUESTING A VARIANCE TO ALLOW A MEDICAL FACILITY FOR CHIROPRACTIC, MASSAGE, AND PHYSICAL THERAPY IN A B-1 DISTRICT. ADDITIONALLY, A VARIANCE FOR 2.5 PARKING SPACES PER EXAM ROOM RATHER THAN THE 5 REQUIRED.
