NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL CERTAIN REAL ESTATE OF THE KANAWHA CHARGE PARSONAGE OF THE LITTLE KANAWHA
DISTRICT OF THE WEST VIRGINIA ANNUAL CONFERENCE OF THE
UNITED METHODIST CHURCH
It is the intent of the Trustees of the Kanawha Charge Parsonage of the Little Kanawha District of the West Virginia Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church to sell the following described tract of real estate situate in the District of Clay, Wood County, West Virginia, to Brian Paul Rudnicki and Virginia D. Rudnicki, said real estate being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEING all that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate in the District of Clay, Wood County, West Virginia, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the Northerly line of West Virginia Route No. 47 at the Southwest corner of a 4.40 acre tract heretofore conveyed to W. S. States, et al, Trustees, by A. J. Bush and wife, by deed dated May 16, 1945, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Wood County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 269, at page 261, of which said tract this parcel is a part; thence N. 7* 30′ E. 368.73 feet to a point; thence S. 72* 18′ E. 90 feet to a point; thence S. 7* 30′ W. 368.73 feet to a point in the Northerly line of Route No. 47; and thence with the Northerly line of Route No. 47 N. 72* 18′ W. 90 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.75 acres, more or less, and being shown as “RESERVED” on a plat of Division of Kanawha Parsonage Property of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 487, at page 555.
BEING the same real estate conveyed unto the Trustees of the Parsonage Property for the Kanawha Charge of the Parkersburg District (now the Little Kanawha District) of the West Virginia Annual Conference of the Methodist Church, by Deed dated August 17, 1964 and of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 495, at Page 532.
It is the intent of the Trustees of the Kanawha Charge Parsonage of the Little Kanawha
District of the West Virginia Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church to sell said real estate for the sum of One Hundred Forty Five Thousand ($145,000.00) Dollars, to Brian Paul Rudnicki and Virginia D. Rudnicki, on June 30, 2023, or as soon thereafter as possible.
