Wood County Schools will be accepting bids for the Martin Elementary School HVAC Renovations project. Work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Installation of new RTU’s, Pool Dehumidification, Boilers, Pumps, Hot Water Heat Cabinets. Related and supporting Trades work for Electrical, Piping and General to complete the HVAC renovations and other improvements will be required. Bidding documents are available at www.pickeringplanroom.com on July 3, 2023. Documents can be downloaded for free or hard copies can be ordered for the cost of printing. A Prebid meeting will be held at Martin Elementary School located at 1301 Hillcrest Street Parkersburg, WV 26101 on July 12, 2023 at 10:00 am. Bids will be due at 10:00 am on July 28, 2023 at the Wood County Schools Board Office located at 1210 13th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101 at which time and place there will be a public bid opening. The contractor and its subcontractors shall comply with provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act and Related Acts.
