It is hereby ordered that Phillip Merriman serve upon Natasha Sacks, Circuit Clerk’s Office, whose address is 2 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, West Virginia, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition; filed in this action on or before October 6, 2023. If you fail to Answer the Petition, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
