It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that BODIDI IKINDA is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, BODIDI IKINDA Respondent, serve upon CHERYL ESTELLA SCOTT, Petitioner, whose address is 2708 New York Ave., Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before AUGUST 21, 2023.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
