AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Mountaineer Infrastructure LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G40-C General Permit Registration for a nonmetallic mineral processing facility located on 87 Dry Run Rd, Parkersburg, WV 26104 in Wood County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.253241*, -81.490647*.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: PM of 0.72 tons per year, PM10 of 0.30 tons per year, and PM2.5 of 0.28 tons per year.
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 16th day of August, 2023. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
