The Parkersburg Utility Board will receive sealed bids for the purchase of 30 new fire hydrants of varying depths of bury. These bids shall be submitted at the Parkersburg Utility Board office, 125 19th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101 on or before 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, other than the mailing envelope, clearly labeled on the outside “Sealed Bid – Fire Hydrants”.
Specifications are available at the Parkersburg Utility Board office weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Parkersburg Utility Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicalities deemed in the best interest of the Parkersburg Utility Board.
