Pursuant to Chapter 16, Article 5G of the West Virginia Code, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Davis Health System, a non-profit corporation, will meet on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, in the administrative offices of Davis Medical Center in Elkins, West Virginia at 12:30 pm. Pursuant to the said statue, such a meeting is open to the public.
