It appears that the whereabouts of the father, UNKNOWN FATHER/ BRANDON WALTERS of the above-named child are unknown. Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on AUGUST 14, 2023, at the hour of 9:45 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, located at the Judicial Annex, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The UNKNOWN FATHER/ BRANDON WALTERS has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation WELLS DILLON, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 935A MARKET STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 424-3450.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, UNKNOWN FATHER/ BRANDON WALTERS, with respect to the above-named child, A.M.
