The object of the above entitled action is to obtain judgment in the amount of $5,000.00 plus court costs and interest from the date of judgment against the defendant(s).
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the defendant was not served either personally or by way of service upon an appropriate family member after service was thrice attempted by the sheriff of the county in which the defendant resides or is located.
It is ordered that The Defendant(s) do serve upon Robin Williams, magistrate, whose address is 401 2nd Street, Suite 112, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before August 25th, 2023, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against THE DEFENDANT(s) at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
