NOTICE OF LETTING
Sealed bids will be accepted by the City of Elkins for the construction of a new 8,000 square foot one-story Sanitation Garage building on Baxter Street in Elkins, West Virginia, until Tuesday, September 12th, 2023, 10:00 A.M. Bids will be due at the Operations Office, in City Hall, and will be opened and publicly read aloud at that time. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at Elkins City Hall on Tuesday, August 22 nd , 2023, 10:00 A.M.
Beginning on Wednesday, August 16th, 2023, plans may be viewed free-of-charge at the following locations:

Contractors may obtain sets of plans from the office of VanNostrand Architects, or at the pre-bid meeting, for $50 each. Any requested postage and shipping will be an additional cost.
The City of Elkins reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality, deemed to be in the best interest of the project.
