Notice is hereby given that on the 29th day of August 2023, at 9:30 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Jazmine Leigh Ferri will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge Waters, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s childs name from Jazmine Leigh Ferri to James Leonidas Ferri. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
