Wilmoth, 20th Judicial Circuit, Randolph County Courthouse, 2 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, West Virginia 26241. The object of this action is the Adoption of B.J.C. Box 385, Fairmont, WV 26555-0385, on or before the 21st day of August, 2023.

Failure to object to said Petition for Adoption may result in the termination of your parental rights to the child named herein. Failure to respond to this notification may waive further notification proceedings in this matter.
