INVITATION FOR BIDS
PLAYGROUND IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
The HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ELKINS, Elkins, West Virginia will receive sealed bids at its administrative office at Gateway Apartments, One Stoddard Avenue, Elkins, WV for it’s FY2022- 2023 Capital Fund Program – Physical Improvements – PLAYGROUND IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, at its public housing development until 9:00 AM EST on September 1, 2023, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read. Bids received after 9:00 AM will be rejected. Work includes replacement of existing playground equipment, landscape timbers, mulch, etc. and all associated work items as shown on the drawings including Add Alternates.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on August 18, 2023 at the Elkins Housing Authorities administrative office at Gateway Apartments, One Stoddard Avenue, Elkins, WV. The scope and details of the proposed work will be covered. Attendance is highly recommended. Site visitation is mandatory. Mandatory site visitation will be conducted immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference.
