Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of September 2023, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner(s), Katherine Haggerty will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her child’s name from Derik Donzil Duley to Derik Donzil Haggerty At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
