On or about 06/12/2009 J.T. the above-named child was born to JENNIFER TAYLOR. On or about 04/09/2011 A.W. the above-named child was born to JENNIFER TAYLOR. On or about 01/30/2017 A.W. the above-named child was born to JENNIFER TAYLOR. It appears that the whereabouts of the mother, JENNIFER TAYLOR of the above-named children are unknown. Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on SEPTEMBER 19, 2023, at the hour of 11:15 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable J.D. Beane, located at the Judicial Annex, Fourth Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, JENNIFER TAYLOR has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation ERIC POWELL, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 500 GREEN ST., PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 422-6555.
