The object of the above entitled action for the Plaintiff to quiet title on the following property, 608 6th Avenue, Parkersburg, WV 26101’that were purchased by Plaintiff at a tax sale. That the Defendant be required to answer or make appearance in the above styled quiet title action.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Plaintiff, STINE & HUBERT, LLC it is ordered that NINA SAMS, TAWNA SAMS, IAN FERRELL and the UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF WILLIAM TROY RUSSELL SAMS do serve upon the Wood County Circuit Court, whose address is 2 Government Square Room 133, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before September 7th, 2023, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF WILLIAM TROY RUSSELL SAMS at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s Office.
