The City of Parkersburg will sell, in an Online Auction, City owned property located on Roth Road, Parkersburg WV.
The auction can be viewed at www.govdeals.com by searching for “Parkersburg WV”. The property to be sold will be posted on August 16, 2023. The deadline for online bids will be August 31, 2023, at 3:00pm, local time.
TERMS OF SALE: Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. Subject to legal real estate closing requirements in the State of WV.
The City of Parkersburg reserves the right to withdraw and remove any items from the sale prior to and/or during the auction or accept or reject any or all bids.
