The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that COLTON DALE POOLE is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, COLTON DALE POOLE Respondent, serve upon SIERRA FAITH POOLE, Petitioner, C/O CELESTE RIDGWAY, CIRCUIT CLERK whose address is #2 GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before SEPTEMBER 29, 2023.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
