It is hereby ordered that, ROBERT CLESHON MONROE JONES, Respondent, serve upon TRISHA CAROL CARMELLA JONES, Petitioner, whose address is NCRJ, #1 Lois Lane, Greenwood, WV 26415 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before SEPTEMBER 25, 2023.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
