Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of September 2023, at 2:45 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Deborah Anne Lockhart-Hively, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Deborah Anne Lockhart-Hively to Deborah Anne Hively. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
