Notice is hereby given that on August 10, 2023, a Petition for Modification and a Motion for Ex-Parte was filed by Susan A. Bowers in the Family Court of Randolph County, West Virginia before the Honorable Judge Lori Haynes for the entry of an Order granting the Petition for Modification and Motion for Ex-Parte by said Court.
On August 16, 2023, the matter came for a hearing pursuant to the Motion for Ex-Parte, The Petitioner, Susan A. Bowers, appeared and the Respondent, Marcelino F. Castillo, did not appear. A hearing is scheduled in this matter, on September 12, 2023 at the Randolph County Family Court at 1:00 P.M. Copies of the Motion for EX-Parte Relief, Exparte Order, Petition for Modification of Custody and Order Continuing hearing can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk of Court at his office located at: 2 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, West Virginia 26241. 1-304-636-2765. Any objection or answer you may have to the Petition for Modification must be filed with the Circuit Clerk’s Office and will be heard by this Honorable Court if you desire within twenty (20) days before the set hearing date.
