LEGAL NOTICE
The County Commission of Wood County will be accepting sealed bids for Drip Edge Repairs on the Wood County Courthouse located at No. 1 Court Square, Parkersburg, WV 26101. This includes inspecting all existing drip edges on the stone on the exterior of the Courthouse. Cut into top of openings at stone bands where applicable and cut edges to sharpen drip to allow water to shed more easily from the stone. A man lift will need to be provided by the successful bidder to allow access to exterior openings on all four sides of the building.

All sealed bids must be received no later than 9:30 a.m. on September 25, 2023 with bid opening to be held by the County Commission at 10:00 on September 25, 2023, in Room 203 of the Wood County Courthouse. Please provide examples of this type of work your company has performed in the past.
The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
