You are hereby notified that your parental rights to Avalee Renee Lynn Turify, if any, may be terminated in this adoption proceeding, unless you appear and defend any such rights within thirty (30) days of the first publication of this Notice, by filing a Response with the Circuit Clerk of Mercer County, West Virginia and by serving said Response upon counsel for the Petitioner, Legal Aid of West Virginia, 1519 N. Walker Street, Princeton, West Virginia 24740.
You are further notified that a final hearing will be held on the 18th of September 2023, at 10:00am, or at a later time as continued by the Court, in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, Beckley, West Virginia, at the Mercer County Courthouse, 1501 W. Main Street, Princeton, WV 24740, before the Honorable William Sadler.
Failure to respond or appear will result in termination of any parental rights you may have. This order shall be published as a Class I Legal Advertisement in the Parkersburg News and Sentinel.
