The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that JUSTIN PALMER, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, JUSTIN PALMER, Respondent, serve upon AMBER WEASE, Petitioner, whose address is 2511 Libery St., Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before OCTOBER 13, 2023.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
