It appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the address of Joshua David Moore is unknown, it is hereby Ordered that Joshua David Moore serve upon Judith A. McCullough, Esq., whose address is 210 East Main Street, Harrisville, West Virginia 26362, an answer or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action, on or before September 19, 2023. If you fail to do so, at any time thereafter judgment by default, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against.
The hearing will take place in The Circuit Court of Ritchie County, West Virginia, 115 East Main Street, Harrisville, WV 26362, on September 19, 2023, at 2:30 p.m. This Order shall be published for a period of two weeks as a Class II Legal Advertisement in The Pennsboro News, a newspaper in the publication area of Ritchie County, West Virgnina; and The Parkersburg News and Sentinel, a newspaper in the publication area of Wood County, West Virginia.
This hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
