The object of the above-entitled action is to obtain a judgment against the Defendants, relating to the waste that they committed, in using, transferring and/or liquidating assets from the Estate of Schonna White, deceased, during the pendency of the administration of said Estate.
It is ORDERED that Defendant, Michael S. White, serve upon Jefferson L Triplett, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is PO Box 1365, Elkins, West Virginia 26241, an Answer or other defense to the Complaint, filed in the Circuit Court of Randolph County on May 31, 2023, on or before October 23, 2023. Further, a Motion for Default Judgment was filled on July 25, 2023. If you fail to appear and plead thereto within the time required by law, judgment will be given against you. A copy of the Complaint and the Motion for Default Judgment can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
