PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE
RELATING TO WATER RATES, FEES AND CHARGES
OF THE TOWN OF HARMAN
Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of September, 2023, the Town Council of the Town of Harman caused to be read an Ordinance proposing an increase in its current water rates and charges and is proposing the adoption of same. The title of such Ordinance reads:
An Ordinance Setting Forth Increased Rates, Fees
And Charges For Service To Customers of The
Water System of The Town of Harman
The Town Council will hold a public hearing, second reading and final vote on the Ordinance on October 3, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., Said hearing, to be held at Town Hall, Harman, West Virginia, is open to the public and all interested parties may appear and be heard at such time with respect to the passage of the proposed increase in water rates and charges.
A copy of the proposed Ordinance is available for public inspection at the Town Hall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
