Sealed bids will be
opened and read aloud in
the Tyler County
Courthouse Commission
Chambers.
The scope of work is as
follows:
Strip, Remove, Seed, and
Mulch Topsoil in an area
approximately 120 ft x 150
ft
Strip and Level Site
Compact and Install Typar
Install, Level, and
Compact 6″ of gravel
Excavate Utility Ditches
Including Water, Sewer,
and Electric up to a total of
500 ft
Remove and Dispose of 8
Bradford Pear Trees along
Park Avenue and 2 Trees
Toward Cherry Street Off
the End of the Tyler
County Senior Center
Parking Lot
