The object of the above entitled action is to collect on monies owed due to an automobile accident. Said account is past due.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the Defendant without effect.
It is ordered that Chase Ahart do serve upon Celeste Ridgway, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Wood County, whose address is Wood County Courthouse, Wood County Judicial Building, #2 Government Square, Parkersburg WV 26101, and Steven M. Recht, Esquire, whose address is Post Office Box 841, Weirton, West Virginia 26062, an Answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before Oct. 20, 2023, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Chase Ahart and, at any time thereafter. The Clerk is directed to mail, via first-class mail, a copy of the Summons and Complaint to Chase Ahart and at 1645 E. Poplar Street, Davisville WV 26142.
