NOTICE OF HEARING
Pursuant to the Co-tenancy Modernization and Majority Protection Act W.Va. Code
37B-1-4, the WV Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (OGCC) has received a
request for a hearing from Thomas Clark, Jayne Zucker, and Patricia Bonacic. The
aforementioned individuals are mineral owners of certain property situated in
Ellsworth District of Tyler County, West Virginia, and further identified as Tax
Map-Parcel 2-17-32, 70, and 69 in which Antero Resources Corporation is seeking to
avail itself of W.Va. Code 37B-1-4 in regard to their interest.
Evidence and testimony will be presented at the hearing scheduled for:
