The City of Sistersville will
begin fire hydrant flushing
the week of October 6th.
Hydrant flushing will be
done twice a year now in
compliance with recent
PSC rulings that require
consistent monitoring. We
will be flushing, pressure
testing, flow testing, and
creating digital mapping
for better tracking of our
hydrants. We will post
daily updates on the
following social media
