F. and on or about March 30, 2013 E.F., the above-named children were born to HEATHER STILL It appears that the whereabouts of the father, UNKNOWN FATHER, of the above-named children, is unknown. Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on NOVEMBER 13 2023 at the hour of 11:0 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, UNKNOWN FATHER, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, JAMES GRIESACKER, ATTORNEY AT LAW, PO BOX 63, EVANS, WV 25241 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 916-7020.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, UNKNOWN FATHER, with respect of the above-named children P.F. & E.F.
A copy of the Amended Petition may be obtained by the Unknown Father, from the undersigned Clerk at the office, located at the Wood County Judicial Building, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
