The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Hometown Care, LLC, CON File #23-1/2/3/4/5-127 85-PC, for the provision of personal care services in Wood, Jackson, Mason, Roane, Putnam, Cabell, Kanawha, Lincoln, Wayne, Boone, Logan, Wyoming, Fayette, Raleigh, McDowell, Mercer, Summers and Monroe counties in WV. Captial Expenditure $1,500.
Further information regarding the Letter of Intent, including the Certificate of Need application when submitted, is on the Authority’s website at www.hca.wv.gov.
