The object of the above-entitled action is an order of the Court authorizing the sale of certain real estate which was devised by the will of James E. White, Sr., so that the Plaintiff may pay claims against the Estate o James E. White, Sr., said real estate being a 10.41 acre tract situate in Leadsville District, Randolph County, West Virginia.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of Defendants Mary Jo White, Tiffany White, and Sabrina White, without effect, it is
ORDERED that Mary Jo White, Tiffany White, and Sabrina White do appear and serve upon Harry A. Smith, III, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 1909, Elkins, West Virginia 26241, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before November 6, 2023, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office located at the Randolph County Courthouse, 2 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, Randolph County, West Virginia 26241.
