NOTICE OF PUBLIC
ESTATE AUCTION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 18th day of October, 2023, at 12 Noon, on the premises of 56 Meadowcrest, Drive, Parkersburg, WV, a public auction shall be conducted of the tangible personal property, of the Estates of Richard Wilhelm, Jr., and Kathryn L. Wilhelm, by Kyra L. Smith, consisting of several Lots with the items generally described below.
The property will be sold in lot to the highest qualified bidder for cash or local bank check or pre-qualified credit. Removal of all property must be made within 72 hours of sale with appointment. Purchaser is responsible for all damage which may occur during removal.
No warranty or representation is made relating condition, age, serviceability All property is sold as is.
Visual pre-auction inspection will be conducted October 18th, 2023 beginning at 9:00 A.M.
To be a qualified bidder, a prospective bidder must present drivers’ license photo identification and a blank check drawn on a West Virginia or Washington County Ohio bank on the day of the sale not later than 11:30 AM on the day of the sale or provide such adequate assurances of bidder’s ability to perform as the Seller may require. The highest qualified bidder will be required to make payment of the full amount of the bid, local bank teller or cashier’s check or cash at or before the conclusion of the sale. All property will be sold at absolute auction in lots consisting of multiple items of household contents by room.
Seller reserves the right to adjust content of each lot, add lots and withdraw any and all lots from sale prior to sale.
