The object of the above entitled action is to obtain judgment against the defendant Bruce Persinger.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that even after using due diligence, the plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the defendant and the defendant was not served, either personally or by way of service upon an appropriate family member, after service was twice attempted by the Sheriff of the County in which the defendant resides or located.
It is ordered that Bruce Persinger do serve upon Craig Bessinger, 267 Carter Road, French Creek, WV 26218 an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action within one month after the date of the first publication thereof, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Bruce Persinger at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
