It is hereby ordered that, CHANCE DREW SWATHWOOD, Respondent, serve upon JOANNA KAY DAWSON, Petitioner, whose address is 702 Lily Lane, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before NOVEMBER 27, 2023.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
