Notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of November 2023, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Bobby Brogan will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her child’s name from Zoe Elizabeth Brogan to Zei Elizabeth Brogan. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
