CLOSING OF TWENTY (20′) FOOT WIDE STREET OR ROAD EXTENDING FROM WEST VIRGINIA SECONDARY ROUTE 14/6 IN A NORTH-EASTERLY DIRECTION THROUGH B.E.HANES S/D OF LOTS 1, 2, & 5 OF CENTRAL MIDWAY – PLAT NO. 1 (S/D) OWNED BY LINDA S. WALLACE, WILLIAMS DISTRICT, WOOD COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA.

NOTICE
Please take notice that a hearing will be held at 9:30 o’clock A.M. on the 2nd day of November, 2023, before the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in the Courtroom of such Commission located on the main floor of the Wood County Courthouse, Parkersburg, West Virginia, upon the Application of LINDA S. WALLACE to close, vacate and abandon a 20 foot wide street shown on the plat of B.E. Hanes S/D of Lots 1, 2 & 5 of Central Midway – Plat No. 1 (S/D) recorded in Plat Book 4, at page 62, extending from West Virginia Route 14/6 through the property of the Applicant in Williams District, Wood County, West Virginia. All of which said street is located outside of any incorporated town or city in Wood County, West Virginia.
At which time and place you may appear to protect your interest, if any.
