HARTLEROAD do serve upon the Wood County Circuit Court, whose address is 2 Government Square Room 133, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before November 27th, 2023, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the KEVIN L. HARTLEROAD any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s Office.
