YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT A Petition for adoption of the above- dentified child born to HAILEY COLLINS, the child’s mother, and COREY PEPPER, the alleged father, has been filed in the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia.
A hearing on the Petition will be held on the 8th day of December, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. before Judge J.D. Beane at the Wood County Judicial Building, #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, Room 421, West Virginia 26101, pursuant to Article 22 of Chapter 48 of the Code of West Virginia of 1931, as amended.
If you fail to appear at the hearing on the date and time specified, or if you fail to file a written response to the allegations contained in the Petition for Adoption, further action may be taken including the granting of the adoption without any further notice to you.
