The object of this proceeding is to ascertain the parental rights of Travis Richards and/or unknown putative father of said C.M.R. and D.S.R. infants who were born to P.J. Noel.
To Travis Richards and/or the unknown putative father:
It is hereby ordered that any unknown putative father appear at the preliminary hearing set in this matter on the 18th day of December, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., in the Courtroom of the Honorable Robert A. Waters, Circuit Court of Wirt County, West Virginia, in Elizabeth, West Virginia. If you fail to appear at the hearing, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you wherein you paternal rights to said C. M. R. and D.S.R. infant, may be terminated or otherwise affected.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on October 26, 2018, a Juvenile Abuse and Neglect was filed relating to the above-named minors by West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources Petitioner.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that an Adjudicatory Hearing on this Petition is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at Wirt County Court House located in Elizabeth, West Virginia, before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, at which time and place you may appear and make any Judge objective known or to otherwise protect your interest.
You have a right to be represented by an attorney at ever stage of this proceeding.
This proceeding may result in the permanent termination of your parental rights.
A copy of said petition, may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
