On or about the 7 th day of October 2008, A.L.S., the above-named child, was born to T.L.A. , formerly T.L.H.W., and J.E.S. It appearing that the whereabouts of the mother are unknown, notice is hereby given that T.L.A. , formerly T.L.H.W. , mother of A.L.S. , is named as Respondent in the above-styled matter and that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the 18 th day of December 2023 at 10:00 O’clock a.m. , before the Honorable J.D. Beane, Circuit Court Judge of Wood County, West Virginia, in his courtroom located on the 4 th floor of the Wood County Judicial Building, #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia. Said proceedings may be continued from time to time as directed by the Court.
The mother must appear and defend her interests in the above-styled matter on or before the aforementioned date and time or otherwise t he above-styled proceeding may, at any time thereafter, upon final disposition, result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the mother, T.L.A. formerly T.L.H.W. , to the above- named child, A.L.S.
A copy of the Petition for Adoption may be obtained by the mother from the Circuit Court Clerk at the Clerk ‘ s office, located in the Wood County Judicial Building, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
