Parkersburg/Wood County HOME Consortium HOME Investment Partnership Program Proposed Substantial Amendment
Notice is hereby given by the Parkersburg/Wood County HOME Consortium that public comments are invited regarding the proposed changes to the HOME Investment Partnership Program . Changes to the budget include removing $269,464.67 in 2019 HOME funds from Patriot Point Affordable Housing Development and $190,535.33 in 2018 HOME funds from Patriot Point Affordable Housing Development. These funds will be applied to the 2023 project Patriot Center Apartments. For a detailed listing of the proposed changes, a copy is available for review at: https://www.parkersburgwv.gov/amendment
These proposed changes shall be presented to the Parkersburg City Council for their review and adoption at its meeting scheduled on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 7:30 PM. Proposed changes will also be presented to the Wood County Commission for review and adoption at its meeting scheduled on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at 9:30 AM.
As part of the City’s Citizen Participation Plan, the City of Parkersburg will receive comments from November 24, 2023 through December 8, 2023.
