The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that CARLOS RANDEL WHITE JR., is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, CARLOS RANDEL WHITE JR., Respondent, serve upon MYLITTA WHITE, Petitioner, whose address is 311 9 1/2 Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before DECEMBER 31, 2023.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
