Notice is hereby given that on the 11 day of January 2024, at 11:30 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner(s), Steven Ryan Hollandsworth will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge Waters, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Steven Ryan Hollandsworth to Sable Neko Hollandsworth At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
